INTUITIVE COUNSELING
Intuitive Counseling is a unique approach I've been developing since 2013 that incorporates the emotional container of deep levels of presence, compassion, curiosity and non-judgement; combined with claircognizance and other forms of intuition; and then blended with a variety of different counseling modalities such as Compassionate Inquiry, IFS, Gottman Method, Somatic Coaching, and more.
ENERGY WORK
Sessions are typically half Intuitive Counseling and half energy work. I use intuitive capacities to hone in on imbalances in the body (physical, emotional or etheric), and then utilize a variety of different energy-based tools and modalities to move energy in those areas and bring them back into balance. Some of the tools I use include hands healing, reiki, qigong, singing bowls, tuning forks, light therapy, and guided visualization.
SOUND HEALING
EPIGENETICS
The energy work portion of sessions is often like a personal sound bath, utilizing many different forms of sound therapy, which includes a collection of singing bowls and a full set of tuning forks. Energy moves on sound, and these tools can be experienced like a scalpel or like a depth charge, depending on the imbalance.
A significant amount of the imbalances we work exist outside of this lifetime and outside of conscious awareness, and many of them come from our family lines. We literally carry the cellular memory of our ancestors experiences. This work we do helps release you from their energetic, emotional and mental grip.
